Bible Studies

In addition to our weekly worship services, we have many opportunities to study the Word of God. If you live in Wheatland, WY and want to learn more about God's Word, Contact us for more information about our bible classes.

Sunday Morning

This is our main Bible Study each week. Currently, we are studying King David: More than a Giant Killer.

Adult Catechesis

For those interested in learning more about the Lutheran Church, and maybe becoming members, this class walks through the basics (chief parts) of the faith: The 10 Commandments, the Creed, The Lord's Prayer, Baptism, Absolution, and The Lord's Supper.

Bible and a Beer

Our newest Bible Study meets at Big Dog Lanes on Thursdays @ 6:30. We're taking a look at the big questions, and providing solid answers. This more informal / interactive Bible Study for those seeking answers to questions in their life, or who want to learn a little more about who we are in an informal setting.

Youth Catechesis

This class is offered to families of children, who want them to know what the church teaches. It allows for admission to the Sacrament of the Altar of children who have been baptized. This class is normally offered once a child can read scripture independently. (Usually 5-6 grade)

Community Lecture Series

"Finding Peace in a Road Rage World: Why Forgiveness Matters" We're kicking things off Feb 28 (6-8pm) & March 1 (10-noon) at the Wheatland Public Library. Meal will be provided at both sessions for those who pre-register.

Sunday School

A traditional Sunday School for our youngest members, where they learn the history of salvation as told in Bible accounts: Noah, Abraham, Moses, David - the classics.
